Management Charges

Commission

12.5% + VAT of rents received. This covers all normal management services and there are no letting or arrangement fees.

Inventory

A detailed inventory will be taken of the property contents. The cost will depend upon the time taken to prepare the inventory, but will normally be in the region of £120.00 + VAT. This is a once only charge.

SPECIALIST SERVICES

Letting Only

Sometimes owners request us to find tenants for their properties and then they deal with the management and rent collections etc. Our charges for this services is half of one month's rent + VAT subject to a minimum fee of £250.00 + VAT. If we are required to prepare tenancy agreements and inventories, there will be additional charges.

Caretaking Service

If owners do not wish to let, we offer a caretaking service. We would normally recommend at least two visits per month. Our charge for this is £20.00 + VAT per visit. Additional charges will be made if owners wish us to obtain estimates, supervise work or make similar arrangements on their behalf.

Additional Services
